Lagencefashion.com charges a $10 ground shipping rate on all domestic orders placed through our website. An email receipt containing order information is sent for every transaction and a tracking code will be generated once order is fullfilled. Please keep it for your records.
Please reference service schedules (in business days) for FedEx ground shipments.

RETURN POLICY
***All return requests should be sent in writing to support@lagencefashion.com, a return code will be issued along with the return mailing address by L'AGENCE Customer Service.
- Any L'AGENCE merchandise purchased online should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Returned merchandise should include receipt, L'AGENCE packaging and hang tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Used, worn and/or washed merchandise cannot be returned.
- LAGENCEfashion.com merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned to a licensed retailer of L'AGENCE merchandise.
- We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
